Not to my knowledge, several years ago, Spec,(i believe) posted some pictures of crates which were said to contain the engines while the plane (706) was not active. I believe I asked about them and I was told that it was pay by the hour used and that they were not being charged if the engines were not in use. That made sense if they were on a plane that actually flew on a regular basis, but not for being in a crate for when needed. So I expect the charge is valid, but that is only my opinion.
