I-MAN, Its being done because there is NO shareholder base. Why is this so difficult to understand? Drys shareholder base sold well over a year ago when the common had zero value and was giving assets away to GE at fire sale prices to pay off debt. DRYS was still worthless until Februry 2017 although it was still being traded by Day gamblers(traders) prior. No one wants to be invested in DRYS anymore cause they know GE is a thief. Like most of corporate America, only GE is blatant. Most other corporate criminals try to be a bit more discrete.
