Share reduction is in the house of cards currently and has been discussed numerous times.

The fact of the matter is the stock is undervalued at it's current trading price, based on any float calculation with $4-5.5 Million revenues.

If you look at the chart below here, you can clearly see a chart pattern forming for a breakout:

And based on price action, the accumulation is still occurring in the 7/8s with less volume than it was in the 3s 4s and 5s, which is indicating the stock is consolidating at these new given support levels.
