Yes. Kate said a long time ago that she increased the authorized shares from 750 M to 1.5 B because she hadn't been paid. But the shares being issued don't appear to be restricted. On top of that Kate told 777 QEDN owes her money for accrued but unpaid salary. There is no accrued but unpaid salary booked on the financials. Considering the above I think it is important to know who is receiving all these shares.
