DOLV has acquired a company named "JB & ZJMY ltd. Co." which holds little asset value, no patents and no disclosed subsidiaries. This can be verified from its published financial statements and the company description in the Annual Report.

Zhong Ji Ming Yang, on the other hand, is operated from a different company ("New Energy Technology Co ltd.") as can also be easily verified from various sources (for instance, its corporate website, the conference, job postings etc.). Until this second company is acquired by JB & ZJMY ltd. in full or by at least 51% majority ownership, it is an unaffiliated entity to DOLV. That's all I'm saying. What you think you own may not be what you own. Maybe they have acquired this company and just not disclosed it, but publicly known ownership structures do not match the operating structures.
