The only way that the bottom of the dip would be higher than the current price is if there is a major gap up and if the gap up is due to news that occurred after Friday's close. There was no news, so any gap up would have to be artificial.

Look, I'm going to buy this stock. I own 3 stocks right now, one of which has been delivered the sell signal. I'm going to sell that and buy TMPS, but not a cent higher than .50.
