that's not the point. The point is huge amounts of shares will flood the market without a pump. The big shares coming are from the millions of dollars owed to note holders. The company doesn't need a pump. The note holders get a huge discount regardless of current market price. They get their shares way below the bid and can sell at the bid - to bid sitters who think they're getting a steal when they're being sold shares acquired at 60% or more below the current bid. The only thing to stop it is no bid, but that can go on for a while with note holders getting shares at .000035 and selling at a bid of .0001 - again to bid sitters thinking that if they buy at .0001 they're sure to get out at .0002 with a big profit. Rarely happens to a death spiral stock. But have a great week and make a fortune. I'm good with it :)
