Everything has been well planned and orchestrated. They are a master chess player and see many moves ahead.

Shares may be a major incentive, but the DOLV label is also a huge reason to pull back on the reins until we're officially JB&ZJMY.

Don't want to confuse the whales with krill(JB&ZJMY) that currently looks like trash(DOLV).

I do believe we are reaching a tipping point where the whales have made the migration to the US OTC coast and are now circling. JB&ZJMY have intentionally knocked over the first domino with the press conference and advertising campaign, knowing the ticker change domino won't be far behind. When you set up the dominos, you tend to want to be the one to push over the first one.

July is the official launch of the vehicles. Could be the 17th, but could be before. Company will make quicker chess moves the month of July imo. They're on a time table, their own.

Posters have said we've forced their hand by the DD we've uncovered. Not sure I believe that. They have had their July launch planned since the Hayatian feast article last December. They are right on track. Like I said, they're are calling the shots. If I'm JB&ZJMY, my actions aren't dictated by ihubber's posts. After all they are holding all the cards, and we've only peeked and seen some Aces in their hand.

Branding of the train with Jinbo-Zhongji Ming Yang, and domain JBZJMY.com under construction (according to Floridany), show the importance of company name recognition. I guess they could have branded the train DOLV to appease some posters and then changed it to JB-ZJMY when the official name and ticker change takes place...yeah right! Chinese people would have been saying who in the H is DOLV?

The company knows what they're doing.

I don't know the implications of the lawsuit regarding the 54 million shares. IMO, the ticker and name can and will change regardless of the court case proceedings.

A bit longer post than anticipated, but that is my theory.
