PTSCs problem.is.they stipulated to non-infringement under each individual part of the 2 part claims construction from judge Grewal. 1 part was changed the second part remained intact therefore the stipulation to non infringement PTSC made remains. That is why the appeals court judges said it would not likely change the outcome. Perhaps if PTSC had only stipulated to non infringement on part of the claims construction they might have a chance at avoiding dismissal. It does not matter if PTSC seems to have a good argument or not they are finished and the judge cannot wait to put this patent troll down. In my opinion
