I have actually taken the time over the last few years to learn securities laws and how the OTC functions. Any observations I make have a supporting basis. Whether a given person accepts or rejected that basis is up to them...but I have found that applicable securities laws and state corporate laws are generally something worth paying attention to...and for some reason penny investors tend not to do that.

If you feel any of the regulations I have referred to have been improperly applied in any of the observations I have made relative to them I would certainly like to hear it.

Additionally any of the observations I have made about the CEO is based on factual history or his own disclosures.
