Good laywers cost lots of money and if they e.g. "lost" only 20kUSD due to this scam, you look for a settlement and you are not interested in a long expensive court case.

I am not sure, but are those the investors which Scott screwed a few years ago? As far as I know Scott took their money and never issued the shares for this shithouse.
