The entire Board of Directors and others had to have known about the $8,850,000 debt owed on the engines because a transaction this large would need approval from the Board of Directors. Everyone had to have known but for reasons unanswered yet, this information was kept from the public. I find it completely implausible that Igor was the only person who knew about this transaction, especially given the size of the transaction with Legions. When there are very serious accounting irregularities, it's always best to get out and ask questions later. This storyline from BLTA isn't adding up.
