Gotta love Picasso's illegal $.20 cent manipulative paints to cover up the dumping - after all, it's the MRIB way.

That's why the "Accumulation indicator" is often used on these OTC stocks, it is easily manipulated because it is weighted upon the CLOSING price of the security. When someone manipulates the close with a tape paint it will cause the accumulation line to move up.

It's quite clear it's manipulation occurring, it is a trick used by promoters and other traders trying to paint a picture of buying in order to hide the dumping.
