IMO one of the best things that happened with this company in the last couple of years is the settlement of the lawsuit - I talked to 3 SEC attorneys this past week and there is no way anyone could file a suit like the one just settled because of the 'statue of limitations' - maybe that's why CCTI secured this last deal - not saying GE is still in the picture but they were very concerned about the above - they have deep pockets
