Without guidelines it's unlikely Myocell could be commercialized anyway. Why waste money with FDA fees when there is no ROI in the short term? Clinics make money now. RMAT can be pursued again in the near future once guidelines are established (if necessary). In the meantime states like Texas are setting a new precedent.

Things are looking good. I was bullish in January and am still bullish now. Haven't sold a single share.
