If he doesn't plan on merging Detomaso with NGCG, I agree. Let it go and hope someone comes along with a real company. However, if he wants to merge Detomaso with NGCG, without the r/s, I would take that. Who wouldn't? But I agree with you - I think he'll probably sell the shell. Either way, it's time for him to either s__t or get off the pot. Tired of this crap.
