Many on msg board, when the 1st IPR was denied then the 2nd allowed next day, naturally asked why would that happen? Yet no one has provided any answer or theory to the question. Obviously they cared & found it noteworthy but no explanation has been offered. There are those who purport to not read the questions & commentary, then immediately & transparently reply in spite of the claim. Tooooooo funnnnnny (or phony?). To have an ipr denied & the same claims accepted mere hrs later by the same PTAB process, and then to discover undeniable conflicts of interest amongst the judges who should've recused themselves, and then to almost immediately step out once busted........ BEGS for an answer to why 1st IPR was not allowed. Everyone wanted to know why THEN....why not now? To state no one cares to know is a lie & more fake news (unsurprisingly) & is just condescending & the usual, predictable fare. If no one cared they wouldn't have asked in the 1st place. So elementary.
