Well he certainly picked an odd thing to talk about. Picking on an elderly shareholder? Seriously? He is asking for trouble if you ask me. I doubt the SEC would look favorably on that...at the very least he is asking for attention he probably doesn't want. I hope that "news release" ends up in the hands of the SEC or FINRA...they will take someone like that shareholder (who has some skin in the game) seriously. This person has ZERO risk of being sued for a variety of reasons for simply contacting regulatory authorities about a penny stock she is invested in. It's just completely ham handed on the part of Merle and Kaiser. But then the have a history of threatening legal action and not doing a thing. It gives some of their long suffering shareholders something else to think about I guess...instead of the past 3+ years of failed promises and ridiculous projections.
