I want to clarify my last post. Maybe the lockup agreement is still in full force & maybe it prevents any sale of Malak stock. I dont know however, if it prevents any other creative agreements, trades transfers, etc of said stock. If so and if there is no way whatsoever to surreptitiously maneuver those securities, then so be it & I accept that to be so. But given all the stealthy ways of manipulating wealth, esp in the pennystock realm, I would not be surprised if someone more knowledgeable than I could show how or if, such maneuvering have been known to occur before, in cases of "lockouts" such as vplm had w/Malak. I have a hard time believing that said lockout agreement is 100% preventive of any secret shenanigans. If no one can show any possibility of that, then I retract my statement that Malak could have somehow sold, traded, transferred or otherwise benefitted from those shares.
