WLDA World Airways to Operate Two MD-11 Freighters for Lufthansa Cargo Beginning
With Winter Schedule 2006

FRANKFURT, Germany, Sept. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lufthansa Cargo and
World Airways have signed a one-year contract to operate two MD-11 freighters
between Europe and the United States. Service will start with the winter
schedule 2006, effective at the end of October.

Lufthansa Cargo operates 19 MD-11 freighters and currently has additional
charter agreements for two MD-11 freighters and two Boeing 747 freighters.
