Just spoke to the president of the company. Asked the president why they increased the AS to 6 billion when all they had as shares in the float as of the last listing was less than 400 million. The president said they paid all of their debt off and will keep the AS at 6 billion. They had to do that to keep the company afloat. I came back with they hurt the shareholders by doing so as they had to sell an incredible amount of shares at .0001 to pay off their debt when they could have committed to shareholders to keep the share structure down without severely diluting the stock and the price would have gone up.

The president then hung up on me.

IMO, the president is NOT committed to shareholders by diluting the company like he has over the last month. That was totally done WIHOUT any regard for the shareholders.

This may still run, but it will not be a huge run. Maybe double zeros tops. Again, that is JMO.
