I am not comparing if $OWCP $BVTK is good or bad. I am just worried about the potential problems for a long waiting with $OWCP being an example while it drops from 1.2/1.3 to .56.

Actually, $OWCP has 8 patents and a buy out even though it doesn't have revenue yet. Besides, it doesn't have a stop sign
