Actually Sandy I did get an answer from Sunworks's IR department concerning that very question.

See if you can get him to answer how Edward Wasson got >10% of the company (or at least says he did). Then I will be impressed! Seems like something we should have heard of from somewhere other than a contractors license.

Response as follows:

The question about a new 10% shareholder. It was a filing mistake by an agent we have used for certain contracts. The filing is not an official shareholder filing of any kind. His mistake. We are attempting to get it corrected. No new individual shareholders if that size.
