Dear Marapharm Shareholder,

It has come to our attention, that emails are being sent to shareholders from an anonymous source to discredit, manipulate and slander Marapharm and people associated with it. Message boards are also being filled up with untrue and slanderous information.

You may have received one of these emails or have read a message board. We can only assume that it is positioning to short the stock or that some person or group is wanting to see our company fail . When people short the stock it drives the price down, which in turn, hurts you the shareholder.

Everyone affiliated with Marapharm is professional and has the company's and its shareholders interest at heart. Brian Lovig facilitated the founding of Marapharm and has consulted for us on a regular basis since inception which has been instrumental in helping us achieve many of our goals.

Marapharm is doing well. Success is often attacked. There were 3 cannabis licenses issued during this last week! They are posted on the website for you to view.
