There is industry specific P/E and within industry same company doesn't trade at same P/E and that complicates valuation. It all depends on market sentiment and progress company is making. I think we should get valuation atleast close to 150-200 mil.

OWCP (P/E 182) was trading at whopping 450 mil market cap that is way too higher than that.
