ZERO new info last night - Just some bashing and nonsense stuff.

Everyone needs to realize that we are trying to buy a company much larger than ourselves. It is Jim Lancasters #1 Priority. If successful, the share price will go up quite a bit.

This means that most activities including almost all expenditures are set on the back burner. Also, little information will be PR'd by the company. They do not want to jeapordize the acquisition.

I fully believe that once the acquisition is complete, the flood gates will come off this "quiet period", and lots of new info will be released. This acquisition is obviously a huge deal for many reasons - Equipment, Experienced Personnel, a Huge Bump in Market Cap, etc....
