Both Czech Republic and Slovak Republic have sizable automotive industries, which is particularly steel-intensive (they are like the EU's Mexico).

As China's One Belt One Road initiative unfolds, I wouldn't be surprised to see an infrastructure arms race develop between India and Pakistan, and additional development in Bangladesh. All three are vastly-underpenetrated countries with massive populations. In Pakistan's and Bangladesh's case certainly (and perhaps also India's), much of the requisite steel will come from China.
