Oddly, one can have a tiny, mini sliver of empathy for DaPathologicalLyinFoleyFelonWhackjob. When he was younger he prolly dreamed of being a radio DJ and then an electronic games designer - and it never happened for him. He gott a very few very minor gigs working in jerkwater radio stations and some very low-level, non-designer coade monkey gigs for a cuppla real video game companies in the old daze when they'd hire anyone who could fog a mirror - with smoke and misinformation - before they washed him ~OUTT.

And now he's 51, a CONvicted felon, an imprisoned CONvict, and he's nowhere near where he hoped he'd be 30 years ago.

Gotta be frustrating.

It'd be like a kid who saw Top Gun and wanted to be Maverick, so he spent all his time and effort studying aviation and then joining the Air Force expecting to be a pilot, only to wind up flying nothing and operating a simulator to train REAL pilots and navigators. Every day seeing those who had The Right Stuff and realizing that one didn't have that and would be relegated to flying a desk or operating a glorified video game for others to use to train for real world flying.

Man, that would be soooooo frustrating to realize one wasted decades and never even gott close to their hoped for goal. Not even flying a lowly C-37 Gulfstream ferrying Generals to their golf games. Not even a UH-1 Huey, that simple warrant officers flew in Vietnam by the thousands.

Nope - flying a chair and a desk, then a video game operator for other, real aircrew to train on.

Poor DaPathologicalLyinFoleyFelonFailure - he drempt of being a Big Wheel in Silicon Valley and then in entertainment - and he's a nobody with multiple felony CONvictions, a prison record, and more CONvictions speeding towards him as his pennyscam is in its death throes.

He's simply a self-deluded non-hacker - like a Tom Cruise/Maverick wannabe that was shunted to the career spur line of 'support' and then kicked to DaCurb and ~OUTT.

Nah, now that I think more about it, I have zero empathy for Foldoink - he brought his failures on himseff and deserves the smking hole in the ground that was his career plans. Mebbe his next prison stretch will teach him some useful skills - maybe HVAC or carpentry - something where he can gett a real yobb IF and when he getts ~OUTT again in his mid-60s.

If you're willing to work, can do detailed quality work, and have a little training, one can always work in the trades. As a high school kid, one of my summer occupations was working with a mason, hauling sand, gravel, cement bags in wheelbarrows - running the mixer, helping on pours when the trucks came - shoveling concrete to fill the forms, leveling, troweling, peppering new poured surfaces with rock salt for better foot grip around pools, raking, making forms, retaining wall pours, basements, footings, boat house pads, outdoor stairs, patios, driveways, garage floors (and we used some prestressed sections for garages over basements or second-storey garage floors. It was freaking hot work those summers - butt you could see that your work produced and the pay was good - your hands and arms got wasted by the concrete and cement and mortar, but the pay was good and the muscles you built were the rewards of that hard work.

So if DaFoleyRepeatFelonCONvict has a chance to learn a building trade during his next prison term, maybe he can try doing an honest days work other than boolsheeting when he getts ~OUTT next time. He'll be in his mid-60s so masonry is ~OUTT, butt he could learn to be an electrician, plumber, ninish carpenter, or tile man which you can still do in your 60s (it ain't fun then for yer back, knees, hips, and anything arthritic).

He just needs to take a break from scamming for a living.

He din't make it this year, butt maybe for 2018 or 2019 he can DaCan and hold an inmate film festival using smuggled smartphones streaming Netflix, Vudu, Hulu, Amazon, and the other streaming companies that made it while Ultraflix went nowhere but into a smokin' hole in the ground and a massive hole in NTEK and NTGL investors brokerage accounts.
