Still looking for someone to answer the question... why was the 1st IPR (United?) not instituted (given all the 'to do' about the judge conflicts & the institution next day). Is it a poor question? Is it insignificant? Is it part of some vast right wing conspiracy? Actually, it can't be simply explained away as a non sequitur or something like that, because when it happened, many were indeed pointing out the seeming unlikelihood of such an occurrence, saying: "HOW CAN THIS BE?" Well, the thing is......no one bothered to answer that question & I am asking for a reasonable explanation.
