The filing for 2017 Q1 came out on May 15 - just over 6 weeks later.

The PR came out the next day on May 16.

There is of course always the chance that $DIGX might come out with a PR anytime now stated what they expect the revenue and profits to be and what date the filings are expected to be done by.

There may also be an announcement at any time regarding the acquisition of additional locations for expanding either or both of the existing brands in their portfolio - or adding a completely new small business.

Regardless of all that, there is a good chance that we may get a demand / limited supply run before any filing or PR, based on how thin the share structure is and how quickly the float is being collected by mainly longs - thereby reducing the average number of shares being made available at any .0001 increment - as we have seen already as the pps moves steadily up from the bottom.
