Interesting thought, I could see them creating....

a new division just for the ARS contracts, that would make sense....

start looking for a new filing, maybe we can help them name it......if we see a new filing, then I would say 100% of Huge contract.....


my only concern, without being to negative.........

does either one of them have the chops to run their own divisions without any real experience.....imhop
