well, i would bet that the company might be reluctant to put out any financials if they think that they may come under scrutiny by the sec who is already aware of this ticker being a part of a pump and dump previously. and, if they know, which they probably do, that dolv is once again at the forefront of very significant market action in the past few months, without any justifiable data, information or financials to support a near .10 pps after being .0001 a few months ago. so, i highly doubt they will go on record with "financials" any time soon. i know that i would be one of the first ones to reach out to the lead prosecutor of the other cases involving dolv and suggest they take a look. now, if finra has already requested their financials for the reasons my own suspicions are based upon, then they may already be in touch with the doj and sec about the trading action here. if the sec thinks there are other culprits behind yet another pump and dump of this stock, we won't know for a while. any investigation would go on quietly until they are ready to hand down indictments, if there any to be warranted. i would VERY surprised if dolv got a ticker, considering the past issues here and considering the recent trading craze of this stock. seems highly unlikely to me, and i already think it's why they haven't gotten their ticker yet.
