So you never filed bancruptcy or know anyone that has...lol...unethical...funny...

Bancruptcy is unethical yet people and businesses do it daily...

He restructured the company is all...this company trading publicly is debt free...the subsidiary contains the debt...it could sit there for a long time who knows...it never vanished like you claim...maybe if it goes bancrupt it could come back to the holding company who knows but right now that debt you speak of is in Net Savings...

That's a Delaware law and perfectly legal just like bancruptcy...sorry you don't agree with it loke I said go talk to Delaware...give them your opinion...
