Surprising an Undervalued Stock is not being Scooped

up by the investor marketplace despite the deep sentiment of the existing investors. Existing sentiment of peeps who don't know what they have in hand is one of the best opportunities the shrewd investor could ask for. Anybody selling off at .0045 is taking half the current value, imo. If the PPS was really near .01 there would be an entirely different attitude about this company.
