Yes I know that :) but they put out a couple filings regardless to address public concern. It is still within the realm of possibilities that a filing or 2 comes out before the CE drops because their hand is forced. I do understand that it makes the most sense to continue to wait for the CE to come down, however.

Before you believe a damn thing anyone says about a stock: Read the DD and read the filings.
