I firmly believe the company will not update until they know for a fact no notes will convert because they could lose a handle on the shares potentially so it's in their best interest to not put out any updates until after the conversion period which is why people are loading up because they know the company won't dilute and they will buy any notes that convert. This is why the price could easily take off too.
It's a very unique situation for sure and one that we can all take advantage of
