It doesn't have anything to do with the word "typically", it is a wide-spread and popular misconception of what that section of OTC policy actually means. The statement that it is "not typically removed within with first 30 days" is referencing the first 30 days after the CE is applied to a companies profile, not when they become current. The CE was put on PGPM years ago, so any speculation of exactly when it is coming off is nothing more than that, pure speculation. The monitoring phase also has nothing to do with the CE, it is primarily about converting the PGPM status from Pink Limited Information to Pink Current.
