all kinds of theories floating out there from private placements to bank debt to fight between preferred & common equity stakes but they all point towards getting ships again

we must however protect the common shareholder - its all about who retains how much as they rebuild the business that's why item 3 was rejected as common shareholders want the biggest piece of it not the preferred or the new dollars to come in etc.

its still a fight we must keep at it
