I'd argue we shouldn't care about the day-to-day prices whatsoever and just tune anything out that isn't a PR or CE removal. It's just fairly unlikely we won't see PRs without the CE coming down, although we have had a couple because our company can only wait so long.

But I agree. Price swings / the way this trades & CE removal aren't stopping PGPM execs from doing what they're doing. The fundamentals are there, we just need to wait for the right things to align for the market value to correct itself.
