I see in the trade that someone is doing everything that the stock goes down, who has an interest in the stock going down?
Obviously, if he stopped the dilutions, the stock would jump but I think he is worried about filling the company with money on the one hand and then lowering the price on the other hand and suddenly buying the shares cheaply.GE can raise money with bonds without diluting and he does not!it is sign that he is going to buy back DRYS.
