I personally consider the spin-off news as top-tier PR, so I doubt they'll blow that piece of news into the summer doldrums when majority of traders aren't really paying attention. Financial are right around the corner, which I agree, will support pps, and then they can feed the market incremental news stories (i.e. expansions, new markets, additional sales/distributors, initiating V3) and keep us posted with guidance here and there until we (OTC) get back into full swing -- hoping they'll keep the major stuff (Spin-off, Simple Cork) off the table until later.
