First of all a rights offering is far from a given. Secondly even if it takes place you are looking minimal dilution. IMO its already priced in based on the way we traded after the RS.

On a positive note all of the upcoming announcements are in place and I think Mike C wants to make a big splash by announcing them over a short period of time. Here they are and I'm sure I will miss a few:

1.) Insurance and we have Aetna, Cigna, many BC/BS, Express Scripts, VA and I'm sure others.

2.) JDRF

3.) New labeling for fast acting

4.) UAE shipment and actual revenues associated with this order

5.) Brazil and follow on with at least 2 more countries

6.) New partners for technosphere

7.) Commercials

8.) Mattocks show

I think a lot will start hitting the airwaves as they work out the Deerfield agreement. Then they will start rolling out the PR's. Great scripts today and really its about the revenues and refills are 90 day packs, so not to worried about those right now. Like I've been saying wait for end of summer on scripts as reps need 6 months in the field.
