I don't believe PT has stated anything on the matter that I'm aware of, other than his intent is to issue dividends. Which realistically could happen here with Elena.

PT is the largest share holder, so after Elena & San Felix are producing 10k tpd or more, I suspect he (or a new BOD) will make a determination on that based on the best direction of the company and share holder value. Probably will depend on the amount of cash MXSG has, future mining plans, and the share price value at the time.

Problem with buying back shares, is you can't use that $$ for future mining projects. So, I wouldn't see that happening unless we have more cash then we know what to do with.
