Stockholders look forward. They do their due diligence with an eye on the performance of a company going forward. They don't pull up reviews or business problems from years ago and rehash them over and over. Business disputes need to be handled by the company and the customer, not rehashed on a message board. We get the company HAD issues, same as many growing companies. (DELL's laptops caught fire,etc).

That is why you are given the opportunity to buy this company at under .004/share. If that is still too much risk given their history, then this stock is not for you. On the other hand, if you recognize that the company is not the same company as years ago and at this price you feel comfortable, then, by all means, purchase what you are willing to risk.

At these prices and looking at a bright future with the potential of millions of dollars in sales, along with very low overhead, I believe it is well worth this price.
