I still like OAKS as a reit to buy for monthly divi's. I try to keep track and as long as they consistently pay their dividends and it amounts over 10% annual I like buying especially if their fins are positive. I was in a company called Newcastle last year now drive shack so they went from reit paying over 10% to not paying any dividends whatsoever now. I moved the money over here to ORC and its a rinse repeat for me.
