I do think that MAYBE the dilution was done so that insiders could buy up the dilution shares and water down outsider ownership, so when dividend hits those same insiders now own more shares and get more shares from divy.

Still sucks to be is average investors. But the above scenario maybe eventually lead to some kind of bounce back.
