It all comes down to faith baby! Do you trust Jim Dial? There is some price at which Grifco is undervalued and a bargain. I for one have no idea what that is. It could be $.50 (I doubt it), $.30, $.15, $.05 or $.01. You get the idea. Just be informed GFCI is what it is - a gamble on the integrity of one man. Jim Dial. Post re-structuring the control of this company will be solely in Jim's hands if I read the merger proposal correctly.

He may say earnings are $.20, $.10 or $.05. Do you believe him?
