How could McCusker 'step down' to an entity that he doesn't own?

Your point is invalid for the sheer fact that McCusker stepped down from his CEO position.

Frank also indicated that Roxann McCusker - obviously Will's wife:

Neither of your points are adding up to the press release yesterday nor the points indicated by the CEO, Frank.

We don't own 'nothing'. We own exactly what we thought we owned.

Will McCusker is excited to take on the mission-critical position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Wills strength in the business for the past 20-years is extremely valued and his experience in generating and growing new revenue is asset to not only to McCusker Holdings Corp but will prove to be an asset to shareholder wealth.

Re-read the PR with a mission critical eye. They all speak in the past-present tense throughout the entire PR.
