The stock price after Kaplan was hired jumped to around $3.50. It's been a down to .19 or lower after. Kaplan went after the low hanging fruit first, Apparently it had been on the ground too long and it spoiled. He brought the watch to Torvec. If he hadn't the company probably would have folded by now.
