I'd like to add

The American Express Bank LOC isn't maxed out either folks, it just has its limits in its use as I stated the other day.

Amex line of credit doesn't cover auditors, accountants, lawyers, sec fees, exchange fees, and other SG&A costs. These corporate costs are in addition to the regular expenses of labor, food costs, rent, etc. Hence Joey loaning the company until the financing comes through soon.

On the bright side, we now know that $GIGL has $100k+ min cash on hand from the transaction to cover the expenses I referred too above.
